My daeomn is not hit more than it is idmap_ldap or idmap_ad when you use
it in the recommended way (which is to define it as remote and use the
idmap_tdb as a cache). The ability to act as a local cache is just an
*OPTION* to be used at your own risk.

And forking out a script would do better in this regard?
