[samba4] lib/com/dcom/main.c oxid uninitialized in DEBUG macro.

In the routine dcom_get_pipe from lib/com/dcom/main.c, the HP OpenVMS C 
Compiler is detecting that it is possible there to be a path to get to 
the DEBUG macro with out the variable "oxid" being initialized.

It appears that it may be a case where the compiler can not know that 
patch would not be taken when the oxid variable was not written to.
