[samba4] nt status returned when credentials are incorrect

I was working on this when I flew back from the EU, because I too had
code which relied on the status codes (password callbacks, so you can be
prompted 3 times for a wrong password).

I need to revive at least that part of the patch, which maps bind
failures back to sensible error codes.
