samba3 torture/msgtest.c bug

Hi, guys!

I found 'Segmentation fault' bug in msgtest utility while testing
messaging subsystem. Patch attached.

In fact, this utility is no so usable as samba4 LOCAL-MESSAGING.. I've
backported the LOCAL-MESSAGING test to the samba3 messaging code. See
the second patch (it includes the first one). Don't forget to disable
logging while testing messaging speed, cause in samba3 ping_message
function produces debug output with level 1.
