[SAMBA4] remove cifs_posix_cli

There's nothing broken yet,
but I would like to remove the cifs_posix_cli ntvfs module from svn.
Because it has the same content as the simple ntvfs module.

If you're not ok, with removing it, because you have local changes,
please commit them when they compile.

Another option would be that I just disable the module in the build
system and that I don't touch the module at all. But it will
not work after I commit my changes.
