[SAMBA4] remove cifs_posix_cli

Hi Jelmer,

can I remove cifs_posix_cli again, it's the same
as the simple module.

I'm currently change the ntvfs system to use ntvfs_handle structs
instead of using the fnum directly, this is to support SMB2.

I don't want to fix both modules and if someone
wants to start on this modules again, we can create a new copy.
(I may add a skel module, where we can copy from...)
