/etc/security/pam_winbind.conf mandatory ?

Guenther,

It appears that pam_winbind will not work unless
/etc/security/pam_winbind.conf exists.  I'm concerned
about this backwards incompatible change.

  static int _pam_parse(int argc, const char **argv, dictionary **d)
  {
  ...
        *d = iniparser_load(CONST_DISCARD(char *, config_file));
        if (*d == NULL) {
                return -1;
        }
  ...
  }

Seems like a better idea would be to just use defaults if no
configuration file is present.
