Why use krb5_set_real_time() instead of NTP ?

Apparently this is.  I spoke with tridge on #samba-technical
and drug up the cvs logs.  This was his change to cope with
clock skew.  Looks like the krb5_set_real_time() calls are
important enough to keep.
