New version posted (attached here).

* Handles All record sections in the DNS reply now.
* Fixes a bug in grabbing the IP address in the A
  records in the additional records section on sparc.
* Simple sorting based on priority and weight.

Unless someone has a major objection, I'm going to
check this in later today.  Compile tested on Linux x86,
Solaris 9 (sparc), and AIX.
