It was a lot easier to add "fork program", I must admit.

Hmm.. OK. Part of the reason for wanting to have tighter control
over the process is to allow the RADIUS server to have tighter control
over load balancing and failover configurations.
I'll take a look at the ntlm-server-1 interface.
