Unable to build TP since samba-4.0.0tp2-SVN-build-14059

To add to the complexity, I removed these generated files from SVN.  I'm
however pondering the reverse:  We should statically generate these
files in the lorikeet-heimdal tree, and put the generated file into
samba4's SVN.
