New server migration

Greetings,

Currently I have an old system - Samba 2.2 running on RedHat 8 - acting 
as a PDC also doing a little file serving.  I want to migrate that 
system to a new server - Samba 3.20 running on RedHat Enterprise 4.  Can 
someone point me to some good information on exactly what files, etc 
need to be copied to the new system to make it work correctly?
