[Samba] Changing file time attributes with samba tools

Hi all,

Is there any tool within the samba suite that let ju change the  
different file time attributes on files residing on a smb share (i.e  
a Windows share)

I know that there are functions within libsmbclient code  
(smbc_setatr) that do this but are they implemented?

Any help would be appreciated!
