patch to fix "net -P" in non-ADS environments

No worries; my testing environment is pretty restricted so I'm not too
surprised that I missed some stuff. Might I suggest that the use of
the -P option not override the username provided by a -U parameter?
This would at least allow doing something like 'net -U machine$ -P
netcommand' to work around the fact that right now the -P option is
simply of no use in a non-ADS environment.
