Migrate Linux Samba server to Linux samba server

Dear All,

         I have migrate samba Linux(samba 2.0.) to Linux(samba 3.0).
Is there any guide for this kind of migration?.
I would like to know what are the  important files to copy from existing samba server to 
new samba server.If anyone knows please let me know.
