My main problem is with the way the ntlm_auth interface has been
designed.  This options introduces a lot more command-line options.

I would prefer something that was handled as a new --helper-protocol,
similar to ntlm-server-1.  Using a new helper protocol allows easier
'versioning' if you need to change behaviors, which is important, as we
need to maintain ntlm_auth's interface in the long term.
