[samba 3]smb.h - need "PRINT_VMS" added to printing_types

Hello all,

OpenVMS is currently using a custom printing handler in SAMBA V3, which 
means that PRINT_VMS needs to be in the enum printing_types in smb.h.

Can this be done so that OpenVMS does not need to keep track of changes 
to smb.h?

Hopefully for SAMBA V4, OpenVMS will be able to supply a printing API 
that looks like one or more of the UNIX APIs in the enum list.
