[PATCH][SAMBA3] remove opaque VFS ops

Hi all,

The attached patch against SVN trunk) removes vfs_opaque from
connection_struct and removes the SMB_OPAQUE* macros from the VFS layer.

There are no callers of SMB_OPAQUE* in the tree (nor does vscan call
this). AFAICT, there is no code that relies on this.
