smbd/dmapi.c fails to compile on IRIX 6.4 and AIX 4.3

Do we really want to support IRIX 6.4? It's not supported by SGI.
Anybody that still needs it would have to be running some fairly ancient
hardware.

Nope, but I'll tweak configure so that DMAPI won't be detected on IRIX
6.4.
