[samba4] ENOSYS mapps to INVALID_SYSTEM_SERVICE

Hi tridge,

was there a specific reason you mapped ENOSYS to INVALID_SYSTEM_SERVICE
in samba4?

SAmba3 mapps it to NOT_IMPLEMENTED and that makes more sense when you
read the text for ENOSYS in man errno.

Can I change it?

The main reason why I ask is because I want to resturn ENOSYS in
xattr_system.c because OpenBSD doesn't have ENOTSUP.
