branches/tmp/vl-posixacls is the modularized posix acl
interface. This allows to have more than one acl style API
in the same binary.

Right now we lost HP/UX and IRIX. Michael Adam is working on
getting HP/UX back on board, and according to James IRIX is
very close to posix, so this should be simple.
