Getting Wine to do NTLMSSP authentication and what is needed on the Samba side

On a second thought, as the client returns the NTLMSSP reply on OK/AF, that 
would break backwards compatibility.

Mind if I add a GK command to get the session key and a GF command to get the 
negotiated flags?
