unneded dependencies on krb5 and ldap libs ...

Hi,

libnss_wins.so has some really unneeded dependencies on krb5 and ldap libs.
It's hard to get rid of it, the only way I see would be to split
out all krb5 and ldap related stuff from includes.h to includes_krb5.h and
includes_ldap.h for example. Only where krb5 and ldap stuff is being used we
would have to include those includes_krb5.h or includes_ldap.h files.

Any objections?
