It's been 'flaky' on the build farm, causing a lot of noise as some
hosts pass, then fail it.  

BTW, I'm chasing down the RPC-SAMR issue.  It seems to be one of those
bloody painful bugs that only turns up under optomized code.  (I
recompiled with -O0 and it went away...)
