[SAMBA4] smb.conf moved to PREFIX/etc

Just a quick heads up to developers using Samba4 from SVN, after the
tech preview:

In moving towards a more FHS complient install, a few things have moved
around.  In particular, the smb.conf is now in PREFIX/etc, rather than
PREFIX/lib.  If your testing suddenly breaks, look at this first!
