last minute oplock bug delays 3.0.21b until Monday

As of right now, it looks like we are good to go but we are
taking the weekend to do additional testing.  The SAMBA_3_0_RELEASE
tree is what will be cut loose to the community on Monday.
Please report any last minute show stoppers directly to this
list.  We'll make the call on what to do and then file it in
bugzilla for tracking.

Thanks to all who have worked so hard. The commit list has
a lot of non-samba.org addresses :-)
