Announcing Samba 4.0.0TP1

   One of my Smarter Colleagues[tm] noted that assuming that
everyone's make has the same macro processor was unwise (;-))
He recommended
- a separate macro processor, in the tradition Unix tools style, or
- using the "greatest common divisor" and avoiding anything
   more complex than is supported by everyone.
