the Cookie is the blob and it contains the same metadata as drsuapi
replication requests

I have fixed the parsing:

so do:
bin/ndrdump drsblobs decode_ldapCrontrolDirSyncCookie in blob.dat

maybe we could dump the ndr_print_ldapControlDirSyncCookie output as
ldif comment too...
