How to configure WINS replication?

Dear Andrew, hello Samba-Technical,

the "WINS replication code" is a sponsored work, that Metze did for SerNet.
Sponsoring partners are Computacenter, Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC) and
LiSoG (refer to www.lisog.org).

In the moment you only see the code but RPMs exist and will in the wild
on January 23rd. This is the date of the press release, the four partners
CC, FSC, LiSoG and SerNet are preparing right now.

Please be patient for a week and stay tuned. I want to give the appropriate
regards to the sponsors so there will be no earlier going public.
