There are many 'features' of Samba3 that Samba4 will simply be unable to
support.  Consider what DNS name would be formed by this?  

We need a robust 'bail out and ask the admin to amend' procedure in the
upgrade code.  When we know this is highly likely to cause problems, we
shouldn't allow it.
