[PATCH][SAMBA3] remove P_*GSTRING parameter type

Hi all,

The attached diff removes the P_GSTRING and P_UGSTRING parameter types. It
doesn't seem as though they get significant usage, but perhaps there is some
historical reason why they shouldn't be removed?
