Ahhh...ok. The problem is that pdb_update_group_mapping_entry()
is failing to create the 'Domain Guests' mapping. You tested
using a local passdb. This is failing against LDAP samba since
the search fails.
smbldap_search_ext: base => [dc=plainjoe,dc=org],
filter => [(&(objectClass=sambaGroupMapping)
(sambaSid=S-1-5-21-2547222302-1596225915-2414751004-514)
(gidNumber=1000)(sambaGroupType=2))], scope => [2]
An update is find for group_mapping.tdb but LDAP needs an add.
cheers, jerry
