Upgrade issue with 3.0.21b->3.0.22

I think it may be something on you tree:

# ./bin/smbpasswd -a simo
New SMB password:
Retype new SMB password:
Unable to open/create TDB passwd
TDBSAM version too old (0), trying to convert it.
TDBSAM converted successfully.
pdb_getsampwnam: TDB passwd (/usr/local/samba/private/passdb.tdb) did
not exist. File successfully created.
Added user simo.

I updated and compiled to the latest SVN.

# ./sbin/smbd -V
Version 3.0.22pre1-SVN-build-13384

for this test I used a three line smb.conf:

[global]
workgroup = WORKGROUP
security = user
passdb backend = tdbsam
