static build of auth_script.so

Hi Jeremy,

I just made a configure change in Samba3 where I botched the code that
tests whether we really can build shared libraries or not. It turns out
that if we don't have shared library support, the build system tries
to build auth_script in static mode, which fails to link (apparantly
deliberately).

It's not obvious to me what the right thing to do here is, so this is
more an FYI than a request for a fix ...
