question about samba SID

Hi all,

I would like to create samba liveCD, however I found no single comand to 
generate random SID.
According to net manual page, the SID format is: S-1-5-21-x-y-z.
Can I generate any random number for x-y-z or is there any  specific 
format to follow?
 
In "net getlocalsid" output, I think its misleading, espc if server role 
is DC.

SID for domain <name_of_local_server_and_not_the_actual_nt_domain_name>  
is: S-1-5-21-x-y-z
