[Samba] Winbind machine accounts

Hi,

I once wrote a patch to hide these accounts, but Jerry told me that is is 
necessary that the accounts are displayed.
Looking at Jerry's answer, this hasn't changed.

I'm still curious about the reason why they are needed.
