In the old unix_to_nt_time() call, TIME_T_MAX was mapped to
0x7ffffffff 0xffffffff, but it wasn't done in the reverse
nt_time_to_unix() call. Hmmm. Looks right though.

Did this build test work with the older code, or is it a
new test ?
