I include config.h so we have the configure.in tests.
If we have a header that could be included in LGPL
libs for some of these issues I would be ok with that.
But "includes.h" brings in everything (e.g. proto.h).

ok. I only saw the 'struct timeval' issue on the RH 7
host. Thanks anyways.
