C99 structure initialisers and Samba3

correction - sun9 does handle C99 initialisations. The ldb build is
now passing on sun9. So looks like sun updated their compiler from
Solaris 5.9 and onwards.

So looks like the problem is Solaris8 and earlier, and irix?
