Hi Roland,

I've just updated the document to include the domain attributes and
some others.

P.S. I see no mention in the samba3 code of sambaTrustFlags..
Maybe someone on this list knows something about these domain trust
accounts in LDAP? AFAICT these are stored as users with a Domain trust
user flag...
