[PATCH] idmap ldap search scope

Currently the ldap idmap module cannot correctly resolve mappings where
the domain controller is a samba PDC + ldap backend.

This patch properly modifies the ldap idmap search filters to address
this case and let idmap_ldap "see" the sid/uid sid/gid mappings in the
accounts and groups hosted on the ldap server.

If there are no objections to this patch I'll commit it to the SAMBA_3_0
tree within the next days.
