[PATCH] Python Modules

Importing some of the Python modules built from TRUNK
failed for me.  I believe the cause was the cli_nt_session_open
call.  Once the change was made to cli_rpc_pipe_open_noauth
the modules were seg faulting on import.  Backtrace showed
the need for load_case_tables.

Modules seem to work fine for me with the attached patch.  I don't
mind applying if this looks correct.  Does it?
