Yeah.  That's true.  I hadn't considered the loadparm
issue.  I think that pam_winbind needs more thought in
this area anyways (what it does and does not pull in).
This gets us started at least.

Currently pam_winbind is using smb.conf's parametric
option support.  We should just add a separate
pam_winbind.conf file to /etc/security/.
