Power Outage

I had a power outage this weekend at the office and now all of my windows
2000 clients cannot log on to the domain without getting the error "cannot
load locally stored profile..." Please anything would be helpful as I am the
IT Manager of this company but I am JUST a programmer and know very little
about domain servers...
