Patch for pdb_mysql and pdb_pgsql

I agree with the patches to lib/talloc.c and passdb/pdb_sql.c.
They work fine for here and should be incorporeted as soon as 
possible.

As we use mysql and not postgresql, I cannot evaluate the 
passdb/pdb_pgsql.c patch.
