Great, I'll add this in today. Probably with MUCH WIDER TEXT though (quoting Klerk from /., "information wants to be WIDE..........................................." :-) :-).

Hmmm. A sniff would do no good (communication is encrypted). A
debug level 10 might help - I wonder if we have a subtle parsing
error. Does it work if you force non-encrypted mode (ie. force it
to select cli_rpc_pipe_open_noauth() by hacking out the other
code) ? If it works non-encrypted then we have another error,
but I'm hoping it fails in the same way....
