any information \PIPE\ntsvcs ?

Does anyone have any pointers to related explanation for the
ntsvcs pipe (Plug and Play services) ?  I've not found
anything directly related.  Nor have searches of MSDN of
the names in ntsvcs.idl turned up anything.

Pointers appreciated.
