Service Control update

The server side ServiceControl code is coming
along nicely.  See

I've got one or two more rpc failures to fix to
view the service properties displaying without any
errors.  Then I'll move onto the start/stop code.

The thing that is somewhat interesting and perhaps
controversial is the move to storing settings in
a registry.  The matching screen show for the postfix
service is here:

Currently the only way to set this data is via the
winreg calls (or regedit.exe).  I'll probably get the
ChangeServiceConfig() & Query/SetServiceSecurity()
done eventually.

So what do people think?
