that doesn't help, and jerry has only one (default) depot,

the problem might be that, he has svn+ssh://svn.samba.org/... mirrored,
and the person who made the patch has mirrored svn://svnanon.samba.org/...

but the uuid's of svn+ssh://svn.samba.org/ and svn://svnanon.samba.org/
