there are also a couple of changes I made in trunk which are missing:

- move account policies into passdb (this requires the LDAP schema to be
  updated when using ldapsam), exisiting policies can be migrated with

	pdbedit -y -i tdbsam: -e ldapsam:

- parametric ldapsam option to retrieve the SAM sequence number off
  the OpenLDAP 2.2/2.3 syncrepl engine

I guess you need more documentation on those, right?
